Україна може завдавати ударів по російській території з метою самооборони на тлі повномасштабної війни.
Про це заявив офіційний представник уряду Німеччини Штеффен Хебештрайт у відповідь на питання про масовану атаку дронів на москву, яка відбулася 30 травня.
На початку 2023 року секретар Ради нацбезпеки і оборони України Олексій Данілов заявляв, що Україна має зброю, яка здатна бити по території росії. За його словами, Україна має повне право завдавати ударів по військових об’єктах усередині рф.
Міністр оборони Німеччини Борис Пісторіус також заявив, що операції українських захисників на території росії є цілком прийнятними, доки атакам не піддаються цивільні об’єкти.

Ukraine may launch strikes on russian territory for the purpose of self-defense against the background of a full-scale war.
This was stated by the official representative of the German government, Steffen Hebeshreit, in response to a question about the mass drone attack on moscow, which took place on May 30.
At the beginning of 2023, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, stated that Ukraine has weapons capable of hitting russian territory. According to him, Ukraine has every right to attack military facilities inside the russian federation.
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius also stated that the operations of Ukrainian defenders on the territory of russia are completely acceptable as long as civilian objects are not attacked.
