Обсяг необхідного імпорту електроенергії – 1200 МВт, що приблизно більше потужності одного атомного блоку.

Despite the difficult situation in August for the energy sector, “Ukrenergo” does not plan to apply emergency shutdowns for consumers. The deficit of electricity will be overcome with the help of imports.
A special load on the power system is expected in the next few weeks. But the company plans to compensate for the shortage of electricity imports from Europe.
The volume of necessary electricity imports is 1,200 MW, which is approximately more than the capacity of one nuclear unit.
