Президент Украины Владимир Зеленский подписал закон, который предусматривает запрет продажи лекарств детям до 14 лет. Соответствующий документ принял украинский парламент 15 июля. Закон вступает в силу со дня, следующего за днем его опубликования — 7 августа.
В пояснительной записке к закону говорится, за последние месяцы в Украине развилась тенденция суицидальных наклонностей среди молодежи. В случае сомнения относительно возраста покупателя, фармацевт обязан попросить документ, который подтверждает возраст.
В Ровно 11-летняя девочка попала в реанимацию после того, как выпила 40 таблеток «Парацетамола».
В Киеве в детскую специализированную больницу «Охматдет» госпитализировали 15-летнего парня, который наглотался таблеток. Ранее аналогичный случай произошел в городе Боярка Киевской области — там от отравления таблетками умерла семиклассница. Девочка вместе с подругой выпила 40 таблеток препарата, который входит в состав «Но-шпы».
Уполномоченный президента Украины по правам ребенка Николай Кулеба предполагал, что смерть школьницы связана с очередным челленджем в интернете. Правоохранители также добавляли, что девочки увидели в TikTok публикацию «Выпей 40 таблеток «Но-шпы» и увидишь, что будет».
Похожий инцидент произошел и в Умани, но там две восьмиклассницы наглотались таблеток, якобы не ради участия в челлендже или самоубийства. Зная о случае в Боярке, они выпили заведомо меньшую дозу, чтобы привлечь внимание родных.

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed a law that prohibits the sale of medicines to children under 14 years old. The corresponding document was adopted by the Ukrainian parliament on July 15. The law comes into force on the day following the day of its publication – August 7.
The explanatory note to the law says that in recent months a tendency of suicidal tendencies among young people has developed in Ukraine. In case of doubt about the age of the purchaser, the pharmacist is obliged to ask for a document that confirms the age.
In Rivne, an 11-year-old girl was admitted to intensive care after she drank 40 tablets of Paracetamol.
In Kiev, a 15-year-old boy was hospitalized in the children’s specialized hospital “Okhmatdet”, who swallowed pills. Earlier, a similar case occurred in the city of Boyarka, Kiev region – a seventh-grader died there from poisoning with pills. The girl and her friend drank 40 tablets of the drug, which is part of “No-shpa”.
Mykola Kuleba, the plenipotentiary of the President of Ukraine for the Rights of the Child, suggested that the death of the schoolgirl was connected with another challenge on the Internet. Law enforcers also added that the girls saw the publication on TikTok “Take 40 “No-shpy” pills and see what happens.”
A similar incident took place in Uman, but there two eighth-graders swallowed pills, allegedly not for the sake of participating in a challenge or committing suicide. Knowing about the incident in Boyarka, they drank a deliberately smaller dose in order to attract the attention of their relatives.
