Українських полонених вбили в колонії “днр” на території Оленівки. російські фашисти скоїли цілеспрямований теракт проти українських патріотів.
Саме в цю в’язницю відправили частину військових, які здались у Маріуполі на “Азовсталі”. Тоді у полон потрапили понад дві тисячі українських військових.
53 людини загинули та 75 отримали поранення. При цьому, за даними російської сторони, жоден співробітник в’язниці не постраждав.
Українські силові структури оприлюднили спільну заяву, у якій вимагають допустити в колонію представників ООН та Міжнародного комітету Червоного Хреста.
Генштаб ЗСУ повідомив, що російські війська навмисне обстріляли виправну установу, де утримувались українські полонені.
російські окупанти переслідували, таким чином, свої злочинні цілі – звинуватити Україну у скоєнні “воєнних злочинів”, а також приховати тортури над полоненими і розстріли, які здійснили там за наказами окупаційної адміністрації та воєнного командування рф на тимчасово окупованій території Донецької області.
Пізніше Служба Безпеки України повідомила, що перехопила телефонні розмови, які підтверджують, що саме рф підлаштувала так званий обстріл колонії в Оленівці.
На аудіо, яке оприлюднила СБУ, ймовірно, два бойовики обговорюють події в Оленівці. Один з них каже, що очевидці не чули звуку прильоту ракети, а вибухи лунали окремо.
З розмов росіян у СБУ припускають, що росіяни могли влаштувати трагедію за рахунок вибухівки, яку вони розмістили у приміщенні колонії.
Більше того, судячи з наявних у мережі відео, в окремих приміщеннях колонії повністю вціліли вікна. Це свідчить про те, що епіцентр вибуху знаходився всередині будівлі.
Також попередній аналіз відео свідчить, що такі сліди від вибуху на стінах ймовірно могли залишитися саме через внутрішнє джерело вибуху.
У розпорядженні СБУ є декілька таких перехоплень, їх долучать як докази до відповідного кримінального провадження.
СБУ відкрила провадження за статтею про порушення законів та звичаїв війни.
Досудове розслідування справи почали і в Офісі генпрокурора.
Українські силові відомства опублікували спільну заяву з вимогою до ООН та Міжнародного комітету Червоного Хреста, які виступали гарантами життя та здоров’я українських військовополонених, негайно відреагувати на терористичний акт рф.
СБУ, ЗСУ, ГУР, Міноборони та омбудсмен вимагають негайно направити представників цих організацій, а також представників з української сторони, в Оленівку з метою інспекційної місії.
На спланований характер цього злочину та вчинення його російською стороною вказують багато задокументованих доказів: зокрема, умисне переведення бійців в нове приміщення незадовго до вибуху, аналіз характеру ушкоджень та руху вибухової хвилі, перехоплення телефонних розмов бойовиків, відсутність обстрілів у вказаному місці та інші.
Українська сторона нагадала, що 16 травня за посередництва ООН та Червоного Хреста розпочався процес евакуації захисників Маріуполя з території заводу “Азовсталь”, який тривалий час був оточений та знаходився під ударами російських військ.
Формат евакуації передбачав здачу українських військових в полон з подальшим обміном під гарантії ООН та Червоного Хреста. При цьому рф зобов’язувалася зберегти життя та здоров’я українських захисників.
Міжнародний Комітет Червоного Хреста намагається отримати доступ до обстріляної колонії в Оленівці, повідомив представник організації Олександр Власенко. За його словами, відповідний запит вже подали.
За словами Залужного, на відміну від рф, Україна дотримується норм міжнародного гуманітарного права.
“Водночас зробимо все можливе і неможливе, щоб покарати винних у злочинах проти наших побратимів, посестер і мирних громадян. Ці злочини не мають строків давності. Знайте, вороги, вам не буде місця на Землі”, – написав Залужний.
“російське командування обставило масове убивство полонених як дії української армії. Бійців полку перевели в окрему будівлю. Була проведена пропагандистська робота – знятий людоїдський фільм про “Азовсталь”, – повідомив Білецький.
Азовці зараз збирають інформацію про жертв і конкретних виконавців цього воєнного злочину.
“Вже очевидно, що це був заздалегідь спланований акт країни, для якої невідоме поняття офіцерської честі, а тим більше – дотримання Женевських конвенцій, правил, законів та звичаїв війни. Росія не змогла перемогти “Азов” у чесному бою, тому намагається нас знищити віроломством”, – заявив Білецький.
Він оголосив полювання на всіх причетних до масового вбивства.

On the audio released by the SBU, two militants are likely to be discussing the events in Olenivka. One of them says that the eyewitnesses did not hear the sound of the rocket’s arrival, and the explosions sounded separately.
From the conversations of the russians in the SBU, it is assumed that the russians could have staged the tragedy due to the explosives they had placed in the premises of the colony.
Moreover, judging by the videos available on the network, in some rooms of the colony, the windows have completely survived. This indicates that the epicenter of the explosion was inside the building.
Also, the preliminary analysis of the video shows that such traces of the explosion on the walls could probably remain precisely because of the internal source of the explosion.
The SBU has several such interceptions at its disposal, they will be attached as evidence to the relevant criminal proceedings.
The SBU opened proceedings under the article on violations of the laws and customs of war.
A pre-trial investigation of the case was also started in the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Ukrainian law enforcement agencies published a joint statement demanding that the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross, which acted as guarantors of the life and health of Ukrainian prisoners of war, immediately react to the terrorist act of russia.
The Security Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ombudsman demand that representatives of these organizations, as well as representatives from the Ukrainian side, be immediately sent to Olenivka for an inspection mission.
The planned nature of this crime and its commission by russian side are indicated by many documented evidences: in particular, the deliberate transfer of fighters to a new premises shortly before the explosion, analysis of the nature of the damage and the movement of the blast wave, interception of the militants’ telephone conversations, the absence of shelling in the specified place, and others.
The Ukrainian side recalled that on May 16, with the mediation of the UN and the Red Cross, the process of evacuating the defenders of Mariupol from the territory of the Azovstal plant, which had been surrounded and under attack by russian troops for a long time, began.
The evacuation format provided for the surrender of the Ukrainian military as prisoners with subsequent exchange under the guarantees of the UN and the Red Cross. At the same time, russia undertook to preserve the lives and health of Ukrainian defenders.
The International Committee of the Red Cross is trying to gain access to the shelled colony in Olenivka, the representative of the organization Oleksandr Vlasenko said. According to him, the corresponding request has already been submitted.
According to Zaluzhny, unlike russia, Ukraine adheres to the norms of international humanitarian law.
“At the same time, we will do everything possible and impossible to punish those guilty of crimes against our brothers, sisters and peaceful citizens. These crimes have no statute of limitations. Know, enemies, you will have no place on Earth,” wrote Zaluzhny.

He announced a manhunt for all those involved in the mass murder.
