Хоча зібрання деяких світових лідерів ядерних країн (президента Китаю Сі Цзіньпіна, президента Росії Путіна, прем’єр-міністра Індії Моді, президента Північної Кореї Кім Чен Ина) у Китаї з нагоди саміту ШОС та параду Перемоги саме по собі не є серйозною справою для США, але те, як після цього зібрання всі міжнародні ЗМІ ( https://www.france24.com/en/live-news/20250831-putin-lands-in-tianjin-for-summit-hosted-by-china та https://thediplomat.com/2025/09/kim-jong-un-attends-chinas-military-parade ) почали говорити про Ініціативу глобального управління та новий багатополярний світовий порядок на чолі з Китаєм (який також має військові наслідки), неминуче створить серйозні проблеми для США, якщо адміністрація Трампа не придушить це в зародку та не запустить новий світовий порядок, заснований на правилах, під керівництвом США.
НАВПАКИ, адміністрація Трампа демонструє неамериканську боягузтво (бо боягузтво не є рисою народу США), замість того, щоб закликати до двох основних сил США (християнство США та політичну силу), щоб зробити MAGA (Зробити Америку знову великою, передвиборче гасло президента Трампа на виборах 2024 року), запускаючи нову глобальну систему, засновану на правилах, яку з творчою сміливістю можна легко зробити, як зазначено нижче:
(1) Перш за все, президент Трамп повинен знати, що існує «Будапештський меморандум 1994 року», тому він може укладати MAGA лише тоді, коли США (під керівництвом адміністрації Трампа) через спонсорований та очолюваний США «новий світовий орган, заснований на правилах», забезпечать військове виведення Росії (яку підтримує Китай) з територій України, які Росія силою та незаконно захопила у 2014 році (Крим) та з 2022 року (Донбас та інші території).
(2) Для створення цього нового світового органу США повинні негайно розпустити Організацію Об’єднаних Націй (яку США створили в 1945 році після Другої світової війни зі штаб-квартирою на території США в Нью-Йорку) та звернутися до кожної країни-члена ООН з проханням звільнити територію США протягом обмеженого періоду, скажімо, одного тижня, а потім оголосити про створення «Світового органу Організації Об’єднаних Націй, заснованого на правилах» (UNRBWB) та розпочати прийом до UNRBWB країн, які конституційно засновані або хочуть бути засновані на шести принципах: (i) Демократія, заснована на загальному виборчому праві дорослих; (ii) – Секуляризм; (iii) – Держава загального добробуту, де державний капітал буде вигідно використаний в інтересах держави загального добробуту для захисту 6 основних прав її народу щодо їжі, одягу, житла, безпеки, охорони здоров’я та освіти; та (iv) – Свобода віросповідання, включаючи перехід на іншу віру за вільним вибором; (v) – Боротьба зі зброєю масового знищення (ЗМЗ), зброєю масового знищення (ядерною, біологічною та хімічною); та (vi) – Спільна валютна/торговельна система.
(3) Політична сила США очевидна з того факту, що якщо сьогодні Китай спробує створити новий світовий орган, то більшість країн не приєднаються до нього, але якщо США створять новий світовий орган, то більшість країн до нього приєднаються. США відомі як лідер вільного світу, тому згадані шість принципів зможуть використовувати політичну силу США. Водночас США також повинні залучити іншу основну силу США – американо-християнство – для встановлення цього нового глобального порядку, заснованого на правилах, що дружні до прав людини. Що адміністрація Трампа може легко зробити, якщо мобілізує американо-християнство, яке матиме головний релігійний орган у США, готуватиме духовенство для місцевих церков та створить політичні партії та ЗМІ, що будуть під патронажем американо-християнства, у всіх країнах-членах UNRBWB, починаючи з Індії/розширеного регіону SAARC, як зазначено на https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4617 та у S.No. (5) на https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4612
(4) У Раді Безпеки ООН жодна країна не матиме права вето, натомість кожна країна-член матиме право голосу, що відповідає її внеску в людських ресурсах (включаючи військових), грошах та матеріалах (включаючи військових), а також її положенню у сфері прав людини на національному та міжнародному рівнях. Також цей новий світовий орган, ООН, не буде орієнтований на уряди, як це було в ООН, де люди не могли діяти, навіть коли їхні права людини грубо порушувалися їхніми урядами, як це сталося в 1984 році в Делі з сикхами та в 2002 році в Гуджараті з мусульманами, коли в обох місцях тисячі невинних жертв були вбиті та поранені. Таким чином, ООН буде орієнтований на людей, де навіть громадяни країн-членів зможуть звертатися до ООН з проханням забезпечити свої права людини за допомогою складних механізмів ООН для забезпечення дотримання прав людини. Також долар США з належним забезпеченням активів золотом та сріблом буде валютою для країн-членів UNRBWB з його центральним банком у США та його філіями в кожній країні-члені, і між країнами-членами UNRBWB буде вільна торгівля (без тарифів).
(5) Після цього США повинні забезпечити, щоб Індія за наказом Верховного суду Індії (ВСІ) провела плебісцит (як це передбачено Міною Адвокатської палати Джаму та Кашміру в Індії) в об’єднаному Джаму та Кашмірі, витіснивши чужинців та загарбників з ПоДжамміру та Кашміру (включаючи Ладакх, Гілгіт-Батистан), де присутній не лише Пакистан, а й Китай.
Цей Угода про приєднання має такий вигляд: [Відповідно до їхньої (Уряду Ірландії) політики, що у випадку будь-якої держави, де питання приєднання було предметом спору, питання приєднання має вирішуватися відповідно до побажань народу держави, мій уряд бажає, щоб, як тільки в Кашмірі буде відновлено правопорядок, а його територія буде очищена від загарбників, питання приєднання держави було вирішено шляхом звернення до народу. (6) Як тільки Китай буде виведений з ПоДжей-Кенгу за допомогою цієї нової світової організації, UNRBWB, це позбавить Китай можливості діяти, і це дасть змогу UNRBWB на наступному етапі провести денуклеаризацію світу, вихопивши (навіть військовим шляхом, якщо необхідно) ядерну зброю у всіх відомих ядерних країн, а саме Китаю, Росії, США, Франції, Великої Британії, Ізраїлю, Індії, Пакистану та Північної Кореї, а потім знищивши/нейтралізувавши цю ядерну зброю.
(7) Щоб зірвати намір Китаю запровадити авторитаризм у політичному управлінні країнами світу (під китайським впливом), США / UNRBWB повинні забезпечити, щоб Індія за рішенням Міжнародного суду ООН (цього «світового органу, заснованого на нових правилах» UNRBWB) отримала рішення цього суду, що має юридичну силу, про те, що лінія Мак-Мохана (яка перетворить індокитайський кордон на індійсько-тибетський кордон), узгоджена між Британською Індією та Тибетом на конвенції 1914 року в Сімлі, є дійсною лінією кордону згідно з міжнародним правом, оскільки (A) – Тибет у своїй суверенній владі підписав цю угоду 1914 року, особливо коли Китай відмовився від свого передбачуваного суверенітету/сюзеренітету над Тибетом, дозволивши представнику Тибету взяти участь у цій Сімлській конвенції 1914 року, та (B) – наступний китайський уряд у Тибеті зобов’язаний згідно з міжнародним правом дотримуватися договору 1914 року, укладеного урядом Тибету при здійсненні своєї вищезгаданої суверенної влади.
(8) UNRBWB також надаватиме військову підтримку (із зазначенням цього у своєму статуті) народу будь-якої країни, яка вимагає незалежності через своїх лідерів або через свій уряд у вигнанні та має базу підтримки значної кількості людей у цих країнах, які бажають базувати політику своєї країни на основі зазначених 6 принципів. Це дозволить багатьом країнам, а саме Об’єднаним Джаму та Кашмірам, Тибету, Сіньцзяну, М’янмі або навіть Тайваню (які перебувають під авторитарним режимом або під загрозою з боку Китаю), стати незалежними країнами, які будуть членами UNRBWB, а також країнам Центральної Азії, які наразі не мають світської демократії. Як варіант, усі ці нові незалежні світські демократичні країни можуть утворити федерацію на чолі з Індією, найбільшою світською демократією світу, і ця федерація на чолі з Індією, що налічує понад 2 мільярди людей, розширена СААРК або «Великий Аханд Бхарат», проект мрії націоналістичних індійців (з 1,2 мільярда індусів та близько 1 мільярда мусульман, що має великі сучасні та професійні військові), буде членом UNRBWB з вищезазначеним правом голосу в його раді безпеки. Ця федерація, очолювана Індією, в якій проживає близько 1 мільярда мусульман, значною мірою сприятиме залученню інших мусульманських країн до членства в цьому UNRBWB, що базується переважно на світській демократії.
(9) Після цього UNRBWB має забезпечити військове виведення Росії (яку підтримує Китай) з територій України, члена UNRBWB, які Росія силою та незаконно захопила у 2014 році (Крим) та з 2022 року (Донбас та інші регіони).
(10) І останнє, але не менш важливе: жодна країна не зможе стати членом цієї UNRBWB, якщо вона конституційно не базується на вищезгаданих 6 принципах.
Тому, якщо президент Трамп справді серйозно налаштований на MAGA, то адміністрація Трампа повинна позбутися неамериканської боягузтва, а натомість проявити творчу сміливість і створити новий всесвітній орган, згаданий UNRBWB, на основі згаданих 6 принципів, використовуючи дві основні сили США, а саме: християнство США та політичну силу США.

Though the assembly of some world leaders of nuclear countries (Prez Xi JIngpin of China, Prez Putin of Russia, PM Modi of India, Prez Kim Jong Un of North Korea) at China, on the occasion of SCO Summit and Victory Parade, in itself is not a serious matter for the USA but the way after this assembly the entire international media (https://www.france24.com/en/live-news/20250831-putin-lands-in-tianjin-for-summit-hosted-by-china and https://thediplomat.com/2025/09/kim-jong-un-attends-chinas-military-parade) has started talking about Global Governance Initiative and new multipolar global order led by China (which have military implications too), it is bound to create serious problems for the USA if Trump-administration doesn’t nip it in the bud and doesn’t launch a US-sponsored and US-led new rule based global order.
ON the contrary Trump-admin is showing un-American cowardice (because cowardice is not the trait of the people of the USA) instead of invoking two basic powers of the USA (US-Christianity & Political power) in order to MAGA (Make America Great Again, the electoral slogan of Prez Trump during 2024 elections) by launching a new rule based global which with creative boldness it can easily do as mentioned below:
(1) First of all Prez Trump ought to know that there is a “Budapest Memorandum 1994” hence he can MAGA only when the USA (under TRump-administration) through the US-sponsored & US-led “new rule based World body” ensures the removal of Russia (which is supported by China) militarily from the territories of Ukraine which Russia captured forcefully & illegally in 2014 (Crimea) and since 2022 (Donbass and more).
(2) In order to launch this new world body the USA Should immediately dismantle the United Nations (which the USA Launched in 1945 after World WAr – 2 with its head office on the soil of the USA at New York) ) and should ask every member country of the UN To vacate the soil of the USA Within a time bound period of say one week and then declare the launch of “United Nations of rule based world body” (UNRBWB) and start making the members for UNRBWB of countries who are or want to be based constitutionally on six principles (i) Democracy based on universal adult franchise (ii) – Secularism (iii) – Welfare State where State capital will be deployed profitably in the interest of welfare STate for protecting the 6 fundamental rights of its people about food, clothings, shelter, safety / security, health care and education and (iv) – Freedom of religion including conversion out of free choice (v) – Anti- WMDS, the weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, biological and Chemical) and (vi)- Common monetary / trading system
(3) The political power of the USA is evident from the fact that if today China tries to launch a new world body then most of the countries will not join it but if the USA launches a new world body then most of the countries will join it. The USA has been known to be the leader of the free world hence the said six principles will be able to use the political power of the USA. At the same time the USA should also invoke another basic power of the USA, the US-Christianity for establishing this new human rights friendly rule based global order. Which Trump-admin can easily do if mobilizes US-Christianity which will have an apex religious body in the USA and will train clergy for the local churches and will launch political party & media patronized by US-Christianity in all the member countries of the UNRBWB starting from INdia / extended SAARC region as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4617 and at S.No. (5) of https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4612
(4) In the UNRBWB no country will have veto power in its security council instead every member country will have voting right commensurate with its contribution of men (including military) , money and material (Including military) and its record of human rights nationally and internationally. Also this new world body the UNRBWB will not be government oriented as the UN was where people couldn’t move it even when their human rights were grossly defied to them by their governments as happened in 1984 at Delhi to Sikhs and in 2002 in Gujarat to Muslims when at both places innocent victims were killed & injured in thousands hence the UNRBWB will be people oriented where even citizens of the member countries will be able to move the UNRBWB to secure their human rights through elaborate mechanisms of UNRBWB for human rights enforcement. Also the US-dollar with proper assets back-up of gold & silver will be the currency for member countries of the UNRBWB with its central bank in the USA and its branches in every member country and there will be (tariff-less) free trade between member countries of the UNRBWB.
(5) After this the USA Should ensure that India through order from the SCI (Supreme Court of INdia) carries out plebiscite (as mandated by the IoA of J&K to India) in united J&K by removing outsiders & invaders from PoJK (which include Ladakh, Gilgit Batistan) where not only Pakistan but China is also there –

(6) Once China is removed military from PoJK by this new world body, the UNRBWB, it will take the wind out of the sails of China and it will make it possible for the UNRBWB in the next stage to de-nuclearize the world by snatching (even militarily if necessary) the nuclear weapons from all the known nuclear countries namely China, Russia, USA, France, UK, Israel, India, Pakistan and North Korea and then destroying / neutralizing these nukes.
(7) In order to frustrate the design of China to bring authoritarianism in political management of the countries of the world (under Chinese influence) the USA / UNRBWB should ensure that India through order from International Court of Justice (of this ’New Rule based world Body’ the UNRBWB) get an enforceable judgement from this court that the McMohan Line (which would convert Indo-China border into India – Tibet border) agreed between British India and Tibet at 1914 convention at Simla is a valid boundary line as per international law because (A)- Tibet in its sovereign power signed this 1914 agreement especially when China surrendered its alleged sovereignty / Suzerainty over Tibet by allowing Tibet representative to participate in this 1914 Simla Convention and (B)- subsequent Chinese govt in Tibet is under legal obligation as per international law to honor the 1914 treaty made by Tibet government in exercise of its said sovereign power.
(8) The UNRBWB will also militarily support (with such mention in its charter) people of any country who demand independence through their leaders or through their government in exile and having a support base of a considerable number of people in these willing countries who want to base the politics of their country on the basis of the said 6 principles. This will enable many countries namely United J&K, Tibet, Xinjiang, Myanmar or even Taiwan (which are under authoritarian regime or under threat of China) to become independent countries that will be members of the UNRBWB and also the countries of Central Asia which presently do not have secular democracy. Alternatively all these newly independent secular democratic countries may form a federation led by India , the largest secular democracy of the world and this federation led by India of over 2 billion people the extended-SAARC or “Akhand Greater Bharat” the dream project of nationalist Indians (of 1.2 billion Hindus and about 1 billion Muslims and having large modern & professional military) will be the member of the UNRBWB with above mentioned voting rights in its security council. This federation led by India with about 1 billion Muslims in it will go a long way in bringing other Muslim countries as members of this UNRBWB based mainly on secular democracy.
(9) After this the UNRBWB should ensure the removal of Russia (which is supported by China) militarily from the territories of UNRBWB Member Ukraine, which Russia captured forcefully & illegally in 2014 (Crimea) and since 2022 (Donbass and more).
(10) Last but not the least no country will be able to become a member of this UNRBWB if it is constitutionally not based on the said 6 principles.
Therefore if Prez Trump is really serious in MAGA then Trump-administration should shed the un-American cowardice and instead should show creative boldness and should launch a new world body the said UNRBWB based on the said 6 principles by using two basic powers of the USA namely the US-Christianity & Political power.
