5 серпня, у ночі був результативно уражений російський танкер Sig, який перебував у територіальних водах України на південь від Керченської протоки.
Танкер Sig має порт приписки Санкт-Петербург, був збудований у 2014 році, дедвейт – 6619 тонн, довжина 141 метр.
“Будь-яка “бавовна”, що відбувається із кораблями рф чи Кримським мостом, є абсолютно логічним і ефективним кроком по відношенню до ворога. Більш того – такі спецоперації проводяться у територіальних водах України і є повністю законними”, – зазначив очільник СБУ Василь Малюк.
Існує відео атаки, яка була здійснена надводним дроном-камікадзе, який, скоріш за все, тієї самої моделі, який результативно вивів з ладу великий десантний корабель рф “Оленегорский горняк” у Новоросійську.
Це відео демонструє, що українські надводні дрони-камікадзе мають певні переваги над спеціалізованими протикорабельними ракетами. Мова йде не лише про дальність, бо для атаки вочевидь було необхідно подолати понад 600 км, а й у питанні вибіру цілі для атаки.
Оператор, який безпосередньо керує дроном, проводить його вздовж борта, що дозволяє точно ідентифікувати судно, а вже потім спрямовує його точно у машинне відділення. У результаті, як повідомили росіяни: розливу палива не відбулось, постраждалих немає, але судно втратило хід через пошкодження та затоплення силової установки.
У випадку застосування протикорабельної ракети, то не було можливості точної ідентифікації цілі, бо радіолокаційна головка самонаведення просто б обрала найбільшу ціль, яка підпадала б під закладену сигнатуру. Також настільки б філігранно уразити танкер вона також не змогла.
Мова йде про виважений удар необхідної сили із мінімізацією супутніх наслідків, хоча можливість повністю знищити весь танкер ударом у центр борта було значно легше.
Експорт нафти та нафтопродуктів через Чорне море має величезне економічне значення для рф. Тому кількість цілей для таких атак більш ніж значна, при цьому навіть якщо рахувати танкери лише під прапором РФ.

This video demonstrates that Ukrainian water kamikaze drones have certain advantages over specialized anti-ship missiles. It is not only about the range, because for the attack it was clearly necessary to overcome more than 600 km, but also in the matter of choosing a target for the attack.
The operator in command control of drone steers it along the side of the ship, allowing for precise identification of the vessel, and then directs it precisely to the engine room. As a result of the fuel spill, there were no casualties, but the ship lost its course due to damage and flooding of engine section.
In the case of an anti-ship missile, it would not be possible to accurately identify the target, because the radar homing head would simply select the largest target that would be exposed to the embedded signature. It also could not hit the tanker in the same filigree way.
It is about a balanced strike of the necessary force with minimization of the attendant consequences, although the possibility of completely destroying the entire tanker with a strike to the center of the side was much easier.
The export of oil and oil products through the Black Sea is of great economic importance for the Russian Federation. Therefore, the number of targets for such attacks is more than impressive, even if to count tankers only under the flag of the Russian Federation.
